Need help figuring out a formula

I want the code for actual mtd to reflect after a certain date I want the reminder of the chart to show 0s. for example if I only want up to June 20th I want every date afterwards to reflect a 0. When I drag down the formula for actual mtd and goal mtd if a 0 is present I don't want it to restart my count.
