Need ideas/help to pull data from a cross reference table into rows of results

    Hello!

Thank you in advance for any help one could provide. I have this (attached) file that is a cross reference table. I need to pull out results into another sheet for use in some coding work that I am doing.

What I'm trying to pull is a list of all possible results into a single row for each result. Column A has one piece of data, and Row 3 (starting at column D) has another piece of data. I need to pull each result for every combination that exists on this table along with the corresponding data points.

    Let me explain:

Of this current table, cell D4 would return the value of '8810'. But I'd like a result row on a new sheet that would show '222' in cell A1, 'ACTMGR' in cell A2, and '8810' in cell A3.

I would need this to run over every cell and provide those 3 items. I cannot figure out a good way to do this. Any ideas?

    To provide further examples:

Cell D16. I would want the result to be:

    276 ACTMGR 0953

Cell T12. I would want the result to be:

    266 PROMGR 0659

I understand what you want, but I don't understand the layout that you want the return in. Please amend your sheet to show the format required for the first few datapoints, in order, (and NOT a randomly selected group of points).
