That makes no sense, what's a "record per userform"?
Why not just one userform for multiple records?

I thought my question was an easy one but will explain more. I have 12 sheets in my workbook and each sheet has a table with all the records (apprx. 5000 records per sheet). I use one userform to access the records of each sheet and it is not convenient for me to have one userform for all sheets. My question is if there is a limit on the number of userforms I can use per workbook and if there a limit on the number of records per workbook.
Why can't you use the same form for all worksheets?
As for limits to the no of userforms, I honestly have no idea and I've never seen the issue come up.
A limit to records? Well each worksheet is capable of holding more than 1 million rows of data across 16,384 columns (fields if you like), so I'm pretty sure 5000 approx. records isn't going to be breaking any limits.
Thanks Norie for the help. Although I could use the same form for all worksheets, I prefer not to do so because I dont want to mix "apples with oranges"
