Breakdown of cell total

Hi Guys,

I have a table showing total hours worked and I would like to double click on the cell and have a new sheet open with the breakdown of that total?

for example 59 hours work is the total in sheet 1, I want to double click and sheet 2 would show the breakdown of the 59 hours - Like John work 25, Dave 25, Bob 9 (this should be in table format too)
