My problem is not solved yet and I wanted to use the same thread to add a new post without the status[Solved]. Is there a way to do this, or is it better to just create a new post?

If it is the SAME problem go to your first post, select thread tools and set to unsolved. If it is a NEW probem, or an EXTENSION of the solved one, better to start another with a clear explanation and a sample sheet.
