Merge content of two, three cells

Hello pros!

A quick question re: merging cells. Is there any way I can merge house numbers with street names

I now have the following:

Column A
1
2
3
4

Column B
Violet Avenue
Violet Avenue
Violet Avenue
Violet Avenue

Is there any way I can automatically merge two cells so I end up with the following:-

Column A

1 Violet Avenue
2 Violet Avenue
3 Violet Avenue
4 Violet Avenue

Also I am trying to do the following:
Column A
1
2
4
5
6
7
8
9
10
14

Is there anyway I can put all these numbers in one cell so that I end up with the following:-
Column A
1, 2, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 14

Any help much appreciated!
