not copying format

Hello. I'm trying to copy a column with all numbers and format by just copying/pasting like normal. However, for some odd reason when I copy into the three columns to the right, the format is random and doesn't match the original copy. I checked conditional formatting in those cells and couldn't find anything so I wasn't sure what else to look for.

I restarted my computer and now it works. Excel makes no sense sometimes.
