Excel not responding when sorting cells

Hey guys

I would really appreciate your help with this issue. I have a large Excel sheet with over 280,000 rows and 9 columns, these are basically domain names with their information. And on the other side, I have a list of 14,000 domains (one per line) that need to be extracted from the first sheet (their entire row).

So what I used to do which used to work for small sheets is that I would paste the 14,000 domains under the 280,000 domains leaving one cell empty between them, then Conditional formatting > Highlight cell rules > duplicate values. Then I would sort domains on top by color, but this isn't working because excel is not responding when trying to sort domains on top by color.

Any solution?

Unforunately the formula didn't work because the sheet is so big. I however found another way around. Thanks a lot!
