There are numbers in cell C4 from sheets /tabs 1 through 31
On sheet 32 We want Colum A to copy/import the data from C4 in all the sheets (1-31), in a list on rows 1-31
And Colum B to list the data from D4 in sheets 1-31
is there a formula for this?

Yes,
In sheet 32 select cell A1 press = select tab 1 C4 and press enter, in A2 do the same thing but select tab 2 instead. keep doing this for 31 cells and 31 sheets. Luckily, you can copy that column in tab 32 to column B which will import cell D4 data.
