How to remove spaces between characters and numbers within cells in Excel?

The file is copied without formulas, only values.

They doesn't work because spaces between numbers, for example "1 234 543", "2 066 909"
I think, he meant simply transforming this 36 000.00(not a proper number) into this 36000.00(a proper number), because the 1st one cannot be used in further calculations, because of the space in the middle.
I cleared up the spaces, and re-formatted all the cells to proper numbers, ready for further calculation.

Select any of the spaces between the numbers. Copy. Select all cells. CTRL-H
Paste the spaces into FIND and leave REPLACE blank.
Replace all.
there is also a mix of . and , as decimal separators. You will probably need to replace the . with , assuming that you use , as a decimal separator.

You're welcome. I'd guess that the figures came from the www. they contained a non-breaking space (Char 160) that often causes problems!!
