Shape automatically moving up/down once scrolling

    Hi dears,

I would like to know, whehter is possible to design shape as some variable object, which automatically move up and down if you are scrolling in file?

I am attaching example file where you can see 2 shapes.

If you click on the 1st shape called INSTRUCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES you will be switch to the right side to the section Responsibilities and instructions. where is added some dummy text. If you want to read this text you have to scroll down and during scrolling I want to keep visible 2nd shape called BACK TO MAIN MENU, which can switch you after click back to the main menu. Is it possible to make this 2nd shape mobile?

If you move both tables to be below the buttons, then click in the row below the buttons then FREEZE PANES so that the buttons remain visible and accessible as you scroll up or down.

Yes, I know, but I need to keep this design and trying to find some other solution, that freeze.

Another less then perfect solution is to make a picture of that shape and paste it into a modeless UserForm.

Apparently there is also a way to detect scroll by Chip Pearson http://www.cpearson.com/excel/DetectScroll.htm. This could then be used to make the shape move to compensate for the scrolling.

Re: Shape automatically moving up/down once scrolling

I gave it a try just now and had to give up, it just became a mess that kept expanding. Writing code that will show and hide a userform automatically in a sensible way is rather complex.
That being said, I have limited experience working with UserForms.
    Anyone else?
