Pull the value if its match two criteria with the help of Formula

    Hi to all experts :

I want o define a formula in the cell H11 with the help of Index with Match or by another way in order to pull the exact data as per my need from the different sheet.

Here in the Sheet Dates i want if Air Duct in the cell D11 & F7 matches than from the Data_Sheet pull the date for example 02-Aug-2015 & if the cell empty so show is empty.

Furthermore, I want to use same strategy for other buildings such as 4302B 4304A & 4304B accordingly.

i tried to defined though several ways but couldn't succeeded.

    waiting for your valuable feedback.

    thanks....

The formula in H11 to return the value from the Date Data worksheet is:
    Formula: copy to clipboard

Change the cell references to match the starting point in column I for the other cell ranges that you have.

You have spelling mistake on the Date_Data worksheet which is repeated. I corrected the first one but left the others so that you could see for yourself:
    You have: Control PJanel Board
    Should be: Control Panel Board
