help with making years dynamic

Hello. I have a number of years in cell C6. How can I get the numbers in yellow to automatically update and calculate based on the year value. If there is a fraction it included the next whole number but just calculates the profit based on the fraction. I eventually want to put this as a graph.

Thanks for responding, but it's not; it's related but the other one involves creating a graph. This relates to adding content and creating a calculation based off of one number.
