Solver, goal seek or more simple formula

I wondered if someone could help - what formula i would use to calculate the attached

I have costs of £433 I want to work out what fee I should charge that will achieve the costs exactly after 15% has been deducted from the fee?

Sorry it sounds a bit simplistic but cant work it out
