How to Auto-Color the cell/text with conditions in the formula?

Hello Everyone! I hope everyone is doing great!
Please help. In my sample sheet attached,
Is their any possible formula to auto-color the cell or text when the item is a fruit (RED Color) and if vegetable (GREEN Color)?
and if the "Quantity on Hand" of the item is below 30 boxes, the number would be auto-color in RED?

sounds like you are after conditional formatting
see attached file with the conditions you specified
applied 3 rules
#1 Cell value = "Fruit" to range(=$B$2:$B$23)
#2 Cell value = "Vegetable" to range(=$B$2:$B$23)
#3 cell value <30 to range(=$C$2:$C$23)
