    Call Center Forecasting Help

    I have attached the excel spreadsheet for call volume for September. I would like to create a formula that gives me the amount of calls in 15 minute intervals, duration of the call and if it was answered or not.

    Please help.

    The values in Sheet1 were nearly all text and some of the values in column A were missing the time as part of the date. I changed all the text values to Excel dates and times. A separate chart was created starting at midnight Sept 1 with 15 minute intervals. Calls answered within those intervals were counted and totalled and the Yes and No values were also counted.

    A pivot table then summarized all the data by 15 minute intervals within each hour.

    There are too many formulae in the worksheet to list

    Hi Dave - I have another excel question. This cell has the correct formula =MIN($P$17+$X$5+$D$17+$G$17+$J$17+$M$17-D21-G21-J21-M21+B21,Q20+IF($P$15<O21,1-(1-$P$16)^(1/12),1-(1-$P$14)^(1/12))*Q20) but another cell isn't calculating correctly. =MIN($S$17+$X$5+$D$17+$G$17+$J$17+$M$17+$P$17-G21-J21-M21-S21-D21+B21,T20+IF($S$15<R21,1-(1-$S$16)^(1/12),1-(1-$S$14)^(1/12))*T20)

    Can you help?
