Dynamic Drop Down of Specific Sheet Names

    Hi,

    My challenge is as follows:

    1. I want to be able to duplicate a sheet, and name that sheet a specific name.
I have a specific cell that picks up the sheetname (see attached spreadsheet)
    2. I I want to have a dynamic drop down list that contains all these sheetnames, but only these. Not all sheetnames in the workbook.
The sheetnames can have a indicator that seperates them from other sheets, if that helps. As a number

If we could extract the names, and name that range, a validation list can be used.

Hope some of you can help me.

    Best Regards,

    Trond

The attached macro-enabled worksheet shows how to generate a list of tab names using a formula and a macro, which can be seen in the Names dialog on the Formulas ribbon. It should get you started.

    Hi,

    Thank you!
I`m naming sheets with a index, and pick these up, and then make a dropdown.
Then again I`m able to pick up certain cells in the old/new sheets as I go along.
