Repeating Names

Hi there,

I am sorting a load of data, with information on peoples names, emails etc.

The spreadsheet is in this format:

Email Address Last Name First Name

XXX@XXX Bloggs Joe
YYY@YYY Bloggs Joe
ZZZ@ZZZ Bloggs Joe
AAA@AAA Smith Craig
ETC.

Unfortunately as shown above, the email addresses are fine and are in order, however the names are repeated for 3 or 4 lines.

Is there any way for the name just to appear once so that Joe Bloggs has the email address XXX@XXX and Craig Smith has the email address YYY@YYY etc.

The email list doesn't need changing.

It's that the first name repeats for a few rows and then the next name repeats for a few rows. Instead they should only appear once.

So the name list so be Joe Bloggs, then Craig Smith etc.
