Formula for Using Lookup for Autofill

    Hi team,

I'm hoping I can get more excellent help as I have in the past!

I'm creating a Work Order Generator.
On Sheet 1, I have the work that needs to be done.
Sheet 2 & 3 have the work orders I need to be automatically prefilled.

I don't need any formulas on Sheet 1, but on Sheets 2&3.

I'm putting a code number for each employee and I"d like to just put their # in the "employee" field of Sheet 1 and have it automatically populate on Sheet 2 and 3 for a different employee.

I'm trying to get Excel to scan Sheet 1 for anything that has the #1 in the Employee column and then input the work in the description area.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!!

    @ TWP

I'm not sure of your request.
As I understood, you need to generate one working order for each employee,
that order has to include all the jobs assigned to that employee
and every order has to be filled automatically

if it is so, check the file

vichopalacios - this is more of what I need; still not exactly what I need, but I think with what small Excel knowledge I have and your formulas, I might get it to work.
    Thanks for your help.
