I need a help on distribution function

Hi friends,

Attached an excel. I need to distribute the target ("T") in each date automatically for each product as per maximum quantity ("I").

Once the target change it need to balance as per the date.

Manually i typed in a few cells in V3 etc.

Please kindly help.

Reading your post and looking at the attached file I gather that you want cell V3 to display 110 because the date in J3 matches the date in V2. A formula that will do that is

I have applied the formula to cells V3 through V8 in this copy of your file:

However I can not understand why there is also a 110 in cell W3 nor why there is 102 6/12 in cell X3. I'll need to know why those cells are displaying those numbers before I can go further.

Case row #4, why 7 6/12 starts at 11-Nov and balance at 16-Nov?

which is entered into W4:DM45.
I applied conditional formatting Cell Value = 0 and font color to white applied to $V$3:$DM$45 to hide all of the zeros.
Unfortunately I am not able to attach the file as the size is too large (>1000kb) If you would attach a smaller file, I could demonstrate how to apply these formulas and formatting rules.

I had to clear a good bit of the spreadsheet in order to get it below the 1000 kb size limit, but there is enough left that you can see how the formulas and conditional formatting rule are applied to MS-101.
