    Wage Spreadsheet formula problem

Can someone help with a problem I have using a wage spreadsheet that was created for us a few years ago?

What I do is load This Months Production Targets into cells C4, C5 & C6 on "Mgmt Key numbers" tab and have those numbers transfer onto the "Roster" tab into Row 6 and Row 33.

What I want to happen is have the "November First shift" on "Roster" tab work 9 hrs per day and "November second shift" work for a reduced equal number of hours per day over the entire month. At the moment the "November Second Shift" only populates for part of the month.

How do I get the "Bags Forecasted" on row 33 "Roster" to populate over the whole month equally and give me their required hours to work per day?

Also, in the attached example, if I load in cell B61 “Roster” that we need to produce 50,000 bags on the FFS it only gives a total of 46,980 in rows 6 & 33 “Roster”?

    Please help

    Re: Wage Spreadsheet formula problem

It appears that the second shift only works on what is left over by the first shift. In row 33 where the blanks appear, it looks like the criteria indicate that "" is the result.

The only way that I can see with my limited experience with your workbook is that in order to get the Second Shift to populate for the whole month is to eliminate the overtime from the first shift so that you know the production regular hours and then spread the shortfall of target to the second shift.

The second shift is only working on what is left over from the first shift.
