I want to restrict to make any changes in a column in excel table. There is already a formula in that column and users shouldn't be able to make any changes by mistake. I am unable to do that.
Please help in this regard.

If you want to lock a sheet - goto the review tab - Protect sheet (read the options)
If you JUST want to lock just the one column - Highlight the whole sheet (Click on the top left corner between 1 & A)
Right click - Format Cells - Protection Tab - Uncheck Lock
Then highlight the column you want to lock - Format Cells...
Then Review - Protect Sheet
