Excel online

Hi everyone,

My name is Petar and I first of all sorry for my bad English. I am excel beginner too, so please have understanding. I have one interesting question, if someone else had asked it too, please link me the answer to it.

I am making excel workbook with worksheets with some locked fields, some open fields with hidden formulas and some open fields related to another fields to type numeric value, or character value or date value...

Now we work this way: we put whole excel document online to our site and our users download it and they can share it with other peoples by simply copying/mailing/sharing it, but we want that new users come to our website and must download it from there (website) with only their info (name, company...).

Is it possible to put whole excel workbook or worksheet to be opened online, in a domain of a specific site and to bee edited online, and when edited to be downloaded to a local computer?

So that would look like this: Some user goes to my site "www.site-xyz.com", he findes link to a excel workbook/worksheet and he click on it. Workbook opens in a new tab in some browser (Explorer, Chrome, Mozzila...) and there he can write in all fields that are not locked and he cant see hidden things (formulas etc.). When he completes filling all the fields he can download it as .PDF or maybe he can only print it, so it has value just for him. It will be good that multiple persons could open workbook in same time independently and work for themselves..
That's my idea.

Any solution????

If it is not possible in this way, what do you suggest?
