I want to replace N8 for N7 in a formula I have in cell BH7 across 93 worksheets. I select the cell, then find and replace, enter N8 and N7 in the appropriate boxes, select workbook from the within field. When I replace, N8 is replaced for N7 in cells other than the one I've selected. How do I only replace N8 in the same cell I've selected across the 93 worksheets?
You'll need to select more than a single cell after grouping all the sheets. Pick a cell next to BH7 that does not contain N7, lets say: BH8 and BH7. Then do your find and replace all. It'll replace just the reference in BH7. Let us know.

Select all the worksheets that have the formula that you want to change. Go to BH7 and change the formula. The formula has now been changed in all the selected worksheets. Right click on the worksheet tabs and choose Ungroup and all the worksheets will become separate once again.
Whatever you do to one of the grouped worksheets is done to all of the grouped worksheets.
If the worksheets are placed together, click on the first one, hold down the shift key and click on the last one then all the worksheets will be grouped. If you have only the 93 worksheets in the workbook, right click on a worksheet tab and click on Select All Sheets which will do the same grouping of all the worksheets.
