Pulling Criteria from another sheet based on a cell value

Hello,

In my attached worksheet, I would like cells on Sheet 2 C2:C4 to fill with a value based on the criteria in Cells B2:B4. The info should be pulled from sheet 1. So cell C2 on Sheet 2 should read 40 because the value in B2 matches up with that number in Sheet 1.

Can anyone help with this? Thanks
