select 3 columns of a table and move to the bottom even with spaces

Hello. I have a large table that has blank rows. I want to select 3 columns from first row to last row of table. I use control down but even that is slow because it stops at blanks.

Try selecting the top left cell you want, press Shift-Ctrl-End (which will take you to the bottom right cell of your data), keep the Shift key pressed and use the Left arrow to reduce the selection to just three columns. If you don't have too many columns, this should be quicker.

If you need to select the same range a lot, then once you have it selected, give it a name (type in the box to the left of the formula bar, above A1) - let's say you name it 'Rangexyz' - then if you want to select the same range again, you just type that into that same box and it will be automatically selected.

    Limitations of named ranges:

If your problem is solved, please go to 'Thread Tools' above your first post and 'Mark this Thread as Solved'.
If you use commas as your decimal separator (1,23 instead of 1.23) then please replace commas with semi-colons in your formulae.
You don't need to give me rep if I helped, but a thank-you is nice.
