If I have in field A1 - M-001 and in field A2 - Z-0001 , I want to make from this 2 fields serial number which will used just numbers not a letters. Example from A1 field I will get 3 numbers plus from A2 field 4 numbers and additional -00 and that will be 001-0001-00.

@AlKey: interesting solution BUT not data dependent so the number(s) would change if rows were inserted or deleted.
