    Classification model

    Hi All,

I am looking for a model to help me stream a product in to A,B,C.

In this case the grade is the driver (i.e 1.1,1.2,2.1,2.2) and the requirement for the measurement depends on the grade.

If the measurement is within the limits of the grade - return A
If the measurement is out by 5 - return B
If the measurement us out by more than 5 - Return c

    Please see attached26.1.16.xlsx

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Thanks,

    Adam

    Re: Classification model

    Try this

    =LOOKUP(D18-VLOOKUP(C18,C$4:E$12,2,0),{-1E+99,-5,0},{"C","B","A"})

Ensure you describe your problem clearly, I have little time available to solve these problems and do not appreciate numerous changes to them.

    Re: Classification model

    Thanks for the reply special,

The formula changes the grade when the A value goes below 20, however it does not work if you go above 30 in the same fashion. It also seems to not work if you change the grade to 2.2

    Any ideas?
