How can I make sure rows in certain columns match up?

I have an excel file which has four columns, it looks like this:

Column 1 Column 2 Column 3 Column 4
link.com 4032 link1.com 5002
link1.com 4999 link.com 4040
link2.com 300 link2.com 350



As you can see the two "link2.com" match up, but the "link.com" and the "link1.com" don't.

What I need is to take a file like above with many many rows of unmatched rows (like "link.com" and "link1.com") and match them up. So in other words, I need all rows in column 1 and column 3 to match up, BUT also when matching up they must take the numbers to the right of them with them.

So for example, if "link1.com" moves to the row where the other "link1.com" is, i'd need "4999" to move with it.

I am not sure of the exact requirements within the workbook, but the easiest way would be using a VLOOKUP formula (see Sheet2 attached).
