Variable QTY in the 2nd dropdown list

    Hello Forum,
I have 2 dropdown lists for QTY. The total quantity for both selected QTY can be equal or less than 8. Is there a way Excel can make the second dropdown list automatically adjust the QTY, so the user can choose the QTY to meet the condition of equal or less than 8? Please see attached file.
    Thank you for your help.

It works perfectly. How can you come up with #10 in the formula? Could you explain the formula?
    Thank you so much Sourabh.
