Replicating ROWS

Is there anyone who might be able to point me towards the formula that would allow me to create the following;

I would like to have a ROW of data copied from one sheet to another on the condition that the row contains a specific text value.

This will allow me to have only data that is pertinent to specific clients collated.

Thank you; I've attached the spreadsheet, not bothered to remove anything as its just a proposal. I wanted the sheets that are named with initials to be fed all the rows of information in the February sheet if a row contains the clients initials. Hope that makes sense
