Conditional Formatting - How to colour code based on range

Hi,

Hoping someone can help.

It might sound like a silly question but I am looking to format a column using the 3 colour scale and can't seem to get the ranging right.

The column contains 0 decimal percentages E.G:

89%
72%
65%
32%

I want to conditionally format this column so anything >80% is green, anything <80% but >60% is yellow and anything <=60% is red

Can't figure it out - too used to the simplicity of Google Sheets I think!
