conditional formatting range with colour scale

Hi all,

I’ve got a conditional formatting problem which I can’t get my head around.

I want to be able to format blocks of cells with the same colour (eg C2:C4, D2:D4, E2:E4 etc) based on whether a condition is met in one of those cells, in my case if the discount is within a certain range.

Is this possible? Have attached an example

Here is a solution.

Be warned that your criteria show percentages, but your actual discount numbers are not percentages (i.e., they are 25.0 instead of 25%, which is 0.25). The formula uses your numbers instead of true percentages, but if you ever change that you'll have to change the rules to match.
