Text size across a workbook - Confused

    Hello
I have created a 20-odd page survey workbook which ultimately produces a printed report for clients.
I have used 12pt Arial text across the board, but when I print the active worksheets the text is all over the place in regards to size.
On one sheet the text looks fine, the very next sheet the text looks three sizes larger. when I check back on screen it's all Arial 12 .....
When in print preview it is the same as on paper ie all different sizes.
I cannot possibly print it like this, it's a mess.

I initially had the page layouts set up to 'one page width' and thought this is likely squeezing the text to fit, so I changed this to 'Automatic' but the problem prevails.

Can someone please tell me how to get uniform sized text across all sheets in the workbook. merely setting it to Arial 12 is clearly not working.

    Many thanks

Have you set excel to resize the spreadsheet to fit to a page size?

On closer inspection the worksheets for some reason were scaling the page between 50 and 80 percent.
I rescaled all pages to 100% and it seemed to cure the problem.
    Thanks for your input.
