Help: Problem with Solver in Excel 2016

Hello guys.

I writing to you in desperation, as I recently downloaded Office 2016 ever since have been experiencing problems. I will not bug you with all of them, however, one is so significant, that I have to find a solution.

On the attached file (please ignore that it is in Danish, as it is irrelevant for this problem), you see on the first picture, that I am missing the "Mark Cells Function" in picture 2 (marked with "?") which means, that I have to write every cell up myself and in additions to this; that I cannot pick and drag the cells.
Does anyone have a solution - is it really possible, that Microsoft decided to remove such a crucial function?
