Where do I go to learn?

Ok, I'm not going ask you guys how I do everything I need to do, because I'm pretty sure there's no way you're going to do it for free. I just want to know where I need to go to learn the things I need to learn. Also, I'm not sure this is in the right subforum, so I apologize if it isn't, and welcome an admin to move it if needed.

Here's the background.

I work in financial services (specifically alternative investments) and need to develop a CRM that I can use to track everything. I've looked at existing platforms, and none of them quite do it for me.

What I want to do:
Have a sheet where I can enter clients name/address/phone/etc, hit a submit button, and have that store somewhere to be recalled when needed.

Client money is collateralized for 1 year by a property of their choosing, I need to be able to track the beginning of the contract (some have multiple properties), 3 weeks after the beginning of the contract (when I get my commission), and 1 months before the contract ends that will give me some pop-up box, notification in a to-do list, or something so we can assign a new property.

There are about 8 steps from the initial phone call with a client to finalizing the deal, the possibility of more steps depending on how many contacts the client needs before saying yes. I need some way to add "follow up in 2 weeks" or "check on contract status in 1 week" type options I could use.

I need to be able to search for any of this information and have it come up.

Like I said, I'm not asking anyone to do all this for me, just to point me in the direction I need to go to learn what I need to learn.

Ok, looks like I'm changing plans and moving to Access.

I was running so many tables in Excel it was getting insane anyway.

So... know of a forum I can ask for help on Access?
