MIN function to return earliest date if adjacent cell has data

Hi all, hoping this is an easy one.

Basically I have a data set of codes (column A), dates (col B), stock count (col C) and damaged stock count (col D) (I can't upload the file for some reason).

I want to be able to retrieve the shortest date (col A) based on a code (col B), but only if that date has stock (col C) in it (other stock is damaged and is moved to column D automatically).

as an array (ie CTRL + SHIFT + ENTER) which works OK, however it falls over when the stock is damaged and is not in column C anymore (as that stock is now not available, it should return the next earliest 'available' stock. Hope that makes sense.

*F9 in the formula above = the 'code' being referenced.

Note - There are always multiple dates per each code.
