Insert complete text and numeric values from one cell as partial text in another cell

Long time lurker, first time poster...

I would like to take the text found in cell J60 and insert it mid-sentence or mid phrase in A53. A53 currently says "Ledger Balance ($1.25M Start)". It's currently not a function or formula at all, just text. J60 has the number "2.00" in it. I would like to insert J60 right in the middle of the text currently found in A53 so that I can cane J60 and update the cell A53 to read "Ledger Balance ($2.00M Start)" or any other value I choose.

Similarly, I would like to insert the text found in J58 which is "Client" and fill it in across the top of the document as the title. B2-M2 is a merged cell with the title "Hypothetical Example (Client)". I would like to be able to fill in the client name in J58 and have it populate the title of the spreadsheet across the top.

Any help would be much appreciated.
