Hi! Could someone help me please, this is driving me mad! All I want to do is format two columns that have 0's and 1's to red and green circle icons. It works fine in other cells but not in the cells I want! The sheet in question if called Hoc and the columns are B and C. Would really appreciate it, thanks!
Remove teh "" from around your values inthe formula...
=IF(Sheet1!B3="x",0,1)
By putting the numbers inside "", you are making them text
