center page not being centered and not using the whole width of the page

Hello All,

I've posted screenshots of my problem. Here is my current situation.

In landscape in letter size, my information doesn't seem to stretch across the entire page. Before scaling, it stretches more than one page wide. I've scaled to fit and centered on page. In both scenarios, the last column on each page only stretches up to about 7.5" width. Therefore when I center on page, it centers from 0 to 7.5". Margin are set up as 0.7" both left and right.

Any idea what I'm doing wrong? Thank you!
