Importing Custom Ribbon Question

Hello, working with Office '13

I have written some code in VBA for my co-workers that will sort data at the click of a button. Now I need to distribute and install said code. However, many of my co-workers are very computer troubled and so I need to make it as easy as possible. I have piggybacked my *.xlam onto another group of add-ons previously written so it also gets installed as an add-on just by double clicking a *.vbs file I email to them. So far so good.

The problem I have come to and countless hours of googling has yet to solve, is this: I need a button that runs the macro on the Home tab. I know my co-workers (Or I -_-) could manually add it or just import my *.exportedUI BUT is there ANY possible way I can have it packaged with the add-on file or some way to call it automatically (similar to the add-on's being installed)? I briefly read about some of the programs to assist in customizing the ribbon but I am locked from installing any software.

Any ideas?
