If the value does not match, instead of being blank, skip to the next line

I have attached and example to make this easier to explain.

On the Measure Model tab, cell A2, enter application type from Data Dump tab if "Invoice Sent" is the value in column B on the Data Dump tab. If I create an If statement, then I get a lot of blank values in column A on the Measure Model tab, so I would like to figure out how to have it skip down the lines when the value in column B is not Invoice Sent and only enter the application type when it matches.

Does that make sense? Feel free to follow up with any questions. Thank you for your help, I appreciate it.

Enter this on the Measure Model worksheet in A2 and fill down and across. Enter with Ctrl + Shift + Enter
    Formula: copy to clipboard

OK, I tried that and I have attached the outcome. It didn't work as I had hope, I have now included an example of what I had anticipated.

    Thank you!

Can't you use the formula that I gave you without filling across...only down? This would leave you with only the values in column A corresponding to Invoice Sent.
