Autofill question

Sorry for asking what is probably a very stupid question, but here it goes...

I have a worksheet ('Accruals') that is a .csv from another program. I am trying to make a different sheet to interpret the information ('Info'). On the Info sheet, A1='Accruals!C7' and B1='Accruals!F7'. A2 and B2 need to equal C14 and F14 respectively---A3 and B3=C21 and F21, etc---always going 7 cells down the sheet to extract the next pieces of data. However, when I try to copy this down the sheet, despite highlighting 3 rows of formulas, excel wants to go to C8 and F8 and not go to the value 7 cells higher.

Like I said, I expect the answer to be as plain as the nose on my face, but it is eluding me at the moment.

Thanks. That worked but now I am discovering that the data is not necessarily consistent all the way down the sheet, so I'm going to have to try another method. Thank you for your assistance; your solution did what I said I needed.
