Thanks for the suggestion, I had a look , I wish I had bit of VB it would have worked excellently.
The only option is to buy 3rd party software like "toolkit" it may assist me in future,

Good luck. I know the 1st time I used that site for emailing excel files from outlook I had no clue what the code was for or doing, I just know it worked. As I've gone along and learned more, thanks to a VBA book and this forum, I've learned how to step through code (F8) to see what a lot of the lines of code are doing and when. It helps to better understand VBA and what is going on.
