synchronising cell-values

Yes just include the sheet name as well as the cell to which you want to link

So if you want cell A1 in sheet2 to be the same as A1 in sheet1, in sheet2 A1 enter

Not quite sure what you're intending but if you then want to have a formula in sheet1 A1 that links to the the formula in sheet 2 A1 then you will have set up a circular argument which is not a good idea apart from not achieving much.

I think you may be thinking about entering a value in one cell or the other at different times and wanting the other cell to be the same value. Once you overwrite a linking formula with a value though then its gone.

If you upload your workbook and tell us how you use it. There may be a way that only uses formulae. Failing that you'll need a macro.

You'll need to upload the workbook and clearly explain what actions you want to take, which cells are involved and what results you expect.
