Pivot table help

Hi all,

I Have data something like below

Cat DropShip/Stocked in Flag Sales
Electrical Dropship 1 10
Electrical Dropship 1 45
Electrical Dropship 1 20
Electrical Stocked in 2 30
Home Stocked in 2 70
Home Stocked in 2 450
Home Stocked in 2 42
Home Dropship 1 50
Home Dropship 1 20

and I want to show only on Pivot table like below...
Cat Total Sales Dropship Stocked in
Electrical 105 3 1
Home 632 2 3

I have done using sumif and countif but i want in pivot table.

See attached file also. Can you help me out.

I've got a pivot table calculating what you want. See attached.

Note that I've hidden columns I, K, and L for display purposes...

Also, the columns are in a different order that you originally requested, but this (I think) will be acceptable.

Thanks for reply. Can't we use Calculated Field?
