Heat Maps - How can I produce these????

Hi

I have been asked to produce some heat maps in Excel and I have no idea how.

Basically I want to put data like the sample below into a graphical format (one chart) to show which suppliers are best at winning what type contract, how many different suppliers have won what contract and the relationships between each contract. Basically my boss wants a heat type diagram, possibly a ven, but I have no idea how to do this!

The data is purely text, I have a list of suppliers and the contracts they one , for example :-

D SM
E FSD
F FSD
G GH
H SM
A FSD

D SM
