Using Named Ranges within Charts with INDIRECT Function

    Hello all,

There seems to be a lot of threads on using the INDIRECT function with Named Ranges however I cannot seem to get my sheet working despite following recommendations.

I have created two named ranges 'x' and 'y'.
'x' points to the cell references found at H22:I22 with the 'INDIRECT' function, selecting the range I wish to chart.
'y' simply is an offset of the 'INDIRECT' function at H22:I22

Under the name manager, both of the named ranges correctly highlight the range I wish to plot, however the troubles arises when trying to use these named ranges to create the chart. I type =Data!'x' and =Data!'y' respectively and recieve the error message

"We have found a problem with one or more formula references in this worksheet. Check that the cell references, range names, defined names and links to other workbooks are all correct."

I have attached an excel sheet where the cell references of the range which I wish to graph are H22 and I22 (these form the x-axis)

Any advice would be greatly appreciated,

    Many blessings
