Traffic Lights conditional formatting

Hi,

Can anyone help with my query?

In cell G3 I have the difference between Actual and Forecast e.g 100. Cell G14 has the percentage difference of 105%.

I wish to place a traffic light conditional format into G3 based on the percentage difference not the absolute difference.

Is it possible without using VBA or placing into cell F3 the percentage calculation formatting it white and then using a traffic light?
