    Removing characters from a cell

    Hi!

    I have a column which looks like this:
    Keyd Stars23+1831.091.06
    aimclub18+1631.11.06
    Optimum5+311.071.06

    How can i modify this so that only the name is showing, excluding any numbers or other characters than the letters?

    You have a new feature in Excel 2013 called Flash Fill.

    With data as in the below starting in A2, type in one example of what you want in B2. Click Data and then Flash fill. That's how I did the below.

    Select Column A.
    Select Data/Text to Columns/Delimited/Next.
    Add "+" into Other, Finish.
